For me:
Posting warez... not good, but links can easily be removed.
Insulting other users - it's unfortunate, but when you're just a bunch of letters on the screen, you're an easy target. It goes with the territory, much as it shouldn't.
Disrespecting other's works and claiming they're you're own - unforgivable.
