Opera Mobile 9.5 BETA 2 Released And Finally Available for UIQ Devices
The long awaited Symbian version of Opera Mobile browsers v9.5 is finally available for symbian devices, actually for UIQ powered and touch equipped devices!
Opera today announced the launch of Opera Mobile 9.5 Beta 2 which introduces Opera Widgets to the public, enabling one-click Web content access and released the very first Beta for UIQ based phones which is available for free download from Opera site.
"Opera has built its second Opera Mobile 9.5 Beta based on user-generated feedback following its first public release earlier this year," said Jon von Tetzchner, CEO, Opera Software. "In addition to Opera Widgets, this new test version promises to be a smoother ride than the previous version, as we have improved page loading times and increased our focus on end-user productivity." Yeah but for UIQ only, we know that, it is actually available for a while on all UIQ prototypes, phones Like Beibei or Paris.

They also have Widget Manager available for S60 3rd edition, which means that Opera Mobile 9.5 is working quite well on S60 already. I have to say that Nokia N80 screenshots look massive compared to normal Nokia QVGA devices.

It should folow soon...like anarion said, widgets are already available for s60, so the full browser is near
And i can tell you, UIQ3 version is already AMAZING for a touch device...if they port it to s60 v5 it will be very good

Opera can be installed on P990i, but doesn't work, it doesn't even start! How come?????

Yeah, N90 was the first phone with HR screen, and it was painful experience to switch back to lower resolution and crappy QVQA screens when tghe N93 arriwed.
