Hey guys,

I had a weird thing happen with my phone that the AntiVirus software didn't pick up. I recently received a beauty.jpg file and now my phone is frequently switching itself off. I’ve read about it online and it’s apparently a virus transmitted via Bluetooth. I’ve run the antivirus software but it’s not picking it up and removing it. Any thoughts?

When was the last time you updated your virus definition? Try running your virus definition update and then run another scan – that should solve your problem.
