Nokia Care Suite v1.3.2

I have downloaded the software but to install it is my problem. I have tried several time but it keeps on rolling back the installation even though I have uninstalled all nokia related applications on my system and cleaned up the registry with CCleaner but all the same. I am using Window Vista x32bits. So what is my problem and how can I solve it. Thanks

I am not able to install it on Windows Vista x64. I read in the read me that it mentioned only 32 bits windows, but does it really not install on x64 windows ?
I uninstalled all the nokia app installed on my system, but it would roll back the installation at the updating components stage!

Try to extract all the files to a folder located in desktop and then start installation from there..

Does this (Nokia Care Suite) work for downgrading firmware? I'm intending to get an E51-2 soon, and I expect the firmware to be unhackable. Have anyone tried downgrading successfully with Nokia Care Suite yet?

Any idea where to get old version of firmwares? I saw bandung-flasher seems to have some, but required paid membership. Not too sure about the legality of all these though, so if it's forbidden to discussed here, then don't answer me. Thanks.

I have all firmware versions for all product codes of E71 devices, but for some reason I'm not able to select one of the older firmware version, although the version for my product code is just in the list. Seems that downgrading is not possible. Upgrading no problem of course. But that's what we don't like.

I have a E71 and I'm looking for 300.21.012 firmware which NSU refuses to download, can you please share this firmware file?

My phone's factory PC is 0569371 (NAM) and I changed it to 0559585 so I could update the firmware to v200.xx

Also, does Nokia Care Suite work with the E71?
