Porting PS1 games

Hi.Is it possible to port ps1 game to symbian platform,to use OpenGL graphic acceleration?And what programs/programing languages would that need?

possible ? i dont know ... everything is possible, but you have to know how 
language ? i would say the one that fits best to the playstation one's.

I don't know about porting, it would need game to be open-source or some someone with serious coding skills. There are no emulators, but I really hope one is made someday.

Could it use you're Open GL 3D engine?And wich language best fits to playstation's?C++?

There isn't really language which 'fits better', if anyone is writting emulator, the best language is the one which coder knows. 
AJ: Yeah, it's possible, I've emulated N64 on my PSP with nice speed.

open GL ??? i dont know ...
my engine ??? nope ...
best language ??? maybe C
but as far as i know the first emulator on PCs was written in assembler (lil bit harder than C xD to be honest a lot harder) and had great performance
there were also 2 other different types of emulators:
one needed an illegal copy of the bios of the playstation
and the other one didnt need it ...
(i dont know which language both were based on ...)
