I've also noticed it has been done on the samsung jet

anyway is there any development regarding the vivaz la droid lol
Hope my research might provide some helpful ideas.
If you guys need a phone to try it out I will happily use my vivaz as a guinea pig as I have an x10 mini which gets more use.

just re read your comment and yeah it's been done on the n8 aswell.

trying to find the tutorial, I was gonna tried it on my vivaz but i got stuck when they said it had to update to maemo. I might have misread it but i'm quite sure it was for the n8

N9 for now has no other system possible just MeeGo Harmattan. The security of platform is too high. the only phone with remade community meego is for now N950 at developers hands, still no android in it ;) (hope it never will be). so N9 was not with android for sure too.
