change data call ringtone

Hi all
I want to change the ringtone of data(video) call in my phone/app.
I can't change it via settings->profile->..., nor via coding by profile engine.
Is there any way to change the ringtone?

I have an app which makes data call and answer it. When I receive a data call, the default system data call ringtone is played. If I try to play another sound, it is preempted by the system and does't played.

I tested a commercial CSD call application, and it could play another ringtone.
I would be glad to know the way of changing data call ringtone.
