It's terrible, we got a lot of snow this weekend together with a storm, not as bad as the one you had but bad enough.

harmful content, we have it very often
my opinion would be c:\system\
there's something that is making issues maybe something corrupted...worse scenario here is format...
Hiya Wook!
My phone isn't hacked .... so does that mean my only option is to re-format?
I manually back up the documents, photos etc but Ovi-suite seems the only way to backup contacts/SMS/calendar. Will it keep copies of my installs like maps, lightnotepad (and now X-plore) or should I manually copy over some files from somewhere?
After that the reformat is by typing in #7370# into the phone?
How can I make sure my OS is the most up to date (or the best version!) Nokia "customer support" said I should have 30.0.004. I'm not sure what version I have maybe 12.0.110. But when I check for updates I'm told I have the most up to date one!!
Thanks for the help

re: Apps - so can I in future:
: always download the App from the web onto my pc
: install by uploading the App to my phone from my pc
If this is possible it would mean I would always have a backup to reinstall from.
Update/Upgrade *?!?*
So, how do I upgrade?? And why should I????

upgrade = should means better and more functional version
update = current version
my n97mini is on v 12 or something, though, but v 30 looks pretty

Doesn't Nokia suite works for you? I have made all my upgrades over Nokia Suite.
