yeah any cracked games are illegal, such as burnt copies of PS2 games
BTW: i look in stores and they all sell burnt games here in kuwait O.o
hows that possible?! i cant buy original games here O.O
however in germany you can get games on ebay for 2-5?! (including Tomb raider, worms, pocket kingdom etc)
however i dunno if thatll work for any phones at all@.@ dont think so
i prefer having the original version too though, if i have a illegal version of a game on some device

you can find ngage games legal originals, with box for very cheap indeed, esp the older games
