Help! On how to update my firmware.. N5230!

Hi, im Andy... Im new to Sf! im really in need, on how to update my phone's firmware.. My phone unit is n5230, and im still on a V10.0.071 firmware version.. im hoping that someone could help me here on Sf ...im just a newbie, who cant yet understand the porting and modding and lots of stuff... Please help!
