Help on permanent fixes for firmware mod

Hi,

I have notice some modders do some permanent fixes on the firmware, like no sound of camera, etc.

Is it possible to do a permanent patch to a ROM Patch from rompatcher?

I mean, could i edit saaudioserver.dll and put it in sys/bin for permanent after reboot?
