Nokia E90 WIFI, Bluetooth, FM problem, Shall I downgrade ?

Hi everybody,:) Last month I bought second hand Nokia E90 Communicator with not functioning bluetooth. About two weeks later the WIFI and FM started causing problems too. I searched the web and read that the reason might have been a firmware update. I reinstalled it using Nokia Suite but problems remained
How can I downgrade the firmware or is there any other way to deal with this?

This is hardware problem.
Please use Phoenix and do self tests.
