Maybe, your romdump's ROMHeader is broken.
Use romdumpplus.dmp of ROMPatcher+.

I just checked it and the dump is well-formed.
There exists some error in the parsing routine of the tool...

@coderus, here follows details of some fields which could be useful for you to fix the issue.

Il.Socio, thanks, i have some bugs in header information, but i'm little confused with ur info, because i investigate another information:

I think you've renamed some fields:
iRomBase -> iRomStart
TRootDirInfo -> TRootBinDirInfo

I've posted the original field names... (and the values I've read from the dump)
Of course, I don't know the names you've choosen in your tool.
I suggest you to rename the fields of your tool to match the original field name, so we can understand better each other...
