Rookie,Junior,Veteran,Moderator,Mobile Guru,Symbian-Freak and Site Admin. And one called suckers, my question are: why they called suckers and can they heal their rank?

Uh, this is in the wrong section. And to answer your question, those are "custom" rank made specifically for stupid spammer bots and the likes.

Justly like the Bloody said, there few standard rankings based on the number of the posts and another standard phpbb ranks like admin or moderator rank.

Last but not less important, here on SF we have some special ranks like theme artist or mentioned sucker rank that are out of any rules, under Admin control.

Many site admins make around 20 different ranks, which is in my opinion kinda stupid

Its different from case to case but all members with SUCKER status are banned from board with banned e-mails and sometime even IP but they still rejoin community with different e-mail, nick and from different IP.. . .
