then start looking for any relevant answers.

hey i had a problem with nokia software updater because it couldn't find a new version of firmware for n78 which had a tim product code on it so i changed it to balkans 0547724 and checked again if there is a new fw but again nothing found. I'm having 12. something version release and if i ain't wrong the newest version is 20.smthing. please help me if anyone knows what could be the problem and is it possible that there is no newer update for this area

edit: i have changed it to euro1 product code 0545485 and still no firmware updates

gasho bro, i did read about that "v20.xxxx" somewhere in this modding section.
i use this can i update as you are, i get latest is v12.xxx
maybe the latest v20 not ready for public yet.
you can try other product code, but i don't think you'll get anything other than v12.xxx

gasho bro, seems like your phone is hackable. and v13 block the hacking.
stick to v12 for now. and if you want to hacked you phone you can post your query here or pm tekken. he's using n78. he can help you to do the hacking.

N78 (firmware can be hacked up to version 12.046)
N78 (firmware can NOT be hacked starting version 13.052)

yep i've already found those infos firmware to hack but still this software gets really annoying from time to time, but it's better like this

check out the personalization done by letut and few others, this can only be done with a hacked phone.
