URGENT!!!! TEO CHRIS cant login

It logs me in, but when it returns back to the index page, it doesn't show me signed in.

ANYWHERE! When I log in, it says I'm logged in, then instead of going to the proper page, it goes back to the login page. I have probably 25 emails from SF and MF I can't respond to. It doesn't remember my cookies

Seems to be nothing wrong with his account. I think the problem is in his webreader. Is he using phone or PC?
