All U want 2 mod in N97

Anybody has an answer to my question. I'm still not able to mod my splashscreen. I've tried to put the F_sys_bin_domainsrv.exe in f/sys/bin and rename it 'domainsrv.exe' and also tried to put it in e/sys/bin but still nothing.

I'm also having this problem with modding my splash screen - i dont have an SD card, so i dont even have an F drive - any clue as to what i should do?

Well i managed to get both the startup and shutdown screens working on my N97 - i cant say how tho, coz i tried loads of different things, and i'm not sure which it was that worked - next time i have to hard reset, i'll have another try and make a note of what works.

i do not have a f folder all the floders i have is c,d,e,z will i have to use the e folder

The Animation and the startup and shutdown screen is what I have on my phone so those are working. the other ones I haven't tried but those should work as well

N97 change 'show open apps' text

in every pop up menu, at the top of the list shows 'show open apps'
and holding the menu key brings up 'open applications:'
change these by copying and editing avkon2.r01 (if using english language) from z/resource to c/resource
the text to edit is near the bottom of the file when using xplores hex editor

find the file in z/resource
then put the edited file in c/resource and apply c2z

Might be a dum question but referring to first page avkon2.r01 file, my N97 does not have it, just avkon2.mbm and avkon2.mif, i do have just avkon.r10, instead of having *.r01, mine has *.r10 file as English.
