I wanted to commend you for your results =) it takes lots of patience and discipline, yes. I've been in sports all my life and I've seen and felt the gym/nutrition/etc stuff, it reaaally takes discipline & luckily I love all that cuz I myself am mostly an inpatient piece of ass. good work(out) ! ;p
