Zooming in N900

I've seen a couple of videos in which you can zoom in and out by simply rotating your fingers on the screen
but in my case it rather drags instead of zooming. Is there any specific technique to rotate your fingers??

You have to act like yore drawing a circle, and the move cant be too slow.
If its too slow, yes, it will rather pan.
Just practice, its actually easy.

I tried rotating the fingers too fast. but again it goes to next image instead of zooming, with browser it seldom works though

OK you were right. I had to press slightly and make circles. Previously I was giving feather touch. Anyways that way it works with browser, but its not working with images, any idea why?

On images you have to double tap or use the volume buttons.

Ok, i just found out that you cant double tap... my bad... (After having it in such a long time on S60, you know. Or is it the browser...)
