but I cant select the dead phone usb flashing option

my pc doesnt find my phone when I connect him to my pc and the program (phoenix) doesnt find him either

the only thing my phone does is vibrate shortly when I hold down te power button

Hi, I am new to this forum so i apologise if this is in the wrong section or out of place.

I live in South Africa and i have a nokia c5 which i want to hack, but when i use pheonix there is no south africa varient for the c5.

Could someone suggest to me which firmware would work on my phone?

is it possible to unlock nokia e5 by flashing it with phoenix. sometimes i knew that but have forgotten whether it is possible or not?
