HD7 for 2 e73's

So I put up my HD7 for trade on Craigslist and got offered 2 e73's. What do you guys think? Would that be a fair deal?
I have mixed feelings, I mean, Symbian isn't the best thing especially after using Windows Phone 7.
I need an answer by tomorrow, and it looks like this forum is more British than American but I hope you guys can help me out!

I was originally looking to trade for a Samsung Vibrant or a myTouch 4G. And this guy offered me that.

I decided to go Samsung Galaxy S (Vibrant). The e73 wouldn't be worth it. Thanks guys!
