How to extract email from N8?

Hello!

How can I extract/copy the emails I composed and sent with an N8 to a computer?

Situation:

Before updating my Nokia N8 to Anna I want to backup all data - including all the emails I sent with the phone. They are stored in two "Sent" folders in the standard email application that came preinstalled on the N8. (As I could not use IMAP and the N8 does not have a default BCC feature, they did not end up on the server).

I could not find a way to sync or copy email messages with the Nokia Suite or the old PC Suite. Maybe they are included in the .nbu back file, but I wouldn't know how to extract them from there.

I could use IMAP now, but I have found no way to change the settings of an POP3/SMTP email account to IMAP.

I could create a new IMAP folder on the N8. But I don't know how to copy the files from one "Sent" folder to another.

Furthermore, I failed to locate the relevant files within the file system of the N8 where the Sent messages would be stored.

Is there an App for that? Or what is the trick?
