Why so many spammers?

Hello,
I just joined these forums today and i see a lot of 1 post wonder posts around the forum. Are these spammers? If yes why they come here?

It is not a bad point of the SF forum but more like a bad point of those people that make me wonder.

sf team don't delete posts in total, just delete urls from them and leave user as "SUCKER!!", so, everything is transparent.... hehehehe

next to impossible to filter or at least deny entrance for those wicked spammers...

but at least all of them great leaders in SF are doing a great job in keeping SF a healthy site. b
