Alert with special Tones and Display Actions by special Mail

Hello.
My old Win Mobile 6.1 is broken. I got a new Nokia C7 now. What i really miss is an App, that Alerts me if an Mail arrives with Special Subject and Body.
Let me explain:
1. Due to my Hobby (Fire Fighter) I have to carry a Pager with me. So I found a solution to make my Handy a Pager: If an Alarm arrives, our Exchange Server sends via Direct Push a Mail with a special Code and the Text of the Dispatcher. I used the Code to mark this Mail as an Alarm for me and made a Rule in my old Program that it should make a loud special Sound and show the Text of the Dispatcher in my Display. This made the Pager not important anymore for me, so I must not carry it with me the whole day.
2. I have several Clients with Servers in their Offices. On those Servers I installed Monitoring Tools, that sent Mail if a problem occurs. If the Special Code is Critical, my Handy does the same as discribed above.
I think with an App like this you could earn Money. For me, it would be OK to pay about 20€.
