nope me either, ive only ever been infected once whicle i was fishing, well it was attempt to infect as i kept getting request to accept file from a friend i just met on the bankside
so went to see him who was just down from me, and he confirmed that he not sending nothing, so the alarm bells started to ring
and i accept a file cust out of curiosity, and indeed it was a random named .sis file, something like 58tyfhej43.sis
never installed it, but erased from inbox and installed a AV quickly :hhm: cant remember which one now, pretty sure it was sim works (i keep all such apps in a gmail account for access anywhere i am
) so installed it, and then accept a 'rougue' file again, and the sim works went crazy
commwarrior this commwarrior that
so that was it, it was fun trying to kill the virus, it would attempt many things to stay alive
got reid in the end and his phone was dissenfected without no damage atall..
and that is the only time ive had experiance with any symbian malware whatso ever, and even then i had to accept, and then install to become infected myself, so with this in mind, there is completly no need for any AV software what so ever to be installed in my phone, common sense is the best AV for symbian, dont accept 'rougue' files, and dont install dodgy warez from untrusted sites and youll never have a problem atall..
this new PC to symbian virus has been updated on the PC av softs like mcaffee, avast, avg ect ect, so it will be picked up and never even enter the PC, its even mentioned that it does no harm to the symbian phone so.
but its still very intresting piece of code, these virus creaters should aim there good knoledge at creating better apps and games instead of stupid pointless harmless malware codes
they could even make the money from it i expect as there obviously extremly talented programmers

i almost got infected once. my friends 3650 kept on sending me a file to my 3230 (when it was a few weeks old), i cancelled it a few times and once i accept (curious
), but i didnt install the file (thought it was virus), i remove it asap and told my friend it was infected. he didnt know his phone was sending me virus, it was asking me every time i was using bluetooth, luckily i got no virus. even with the risks, i didnt have antivirus for a year.
my n73 comes with f-secure, but it asks me to download it, but gprs costs a lot
