Hi everyone! The name is Franz..Franzkill (Damn I hate James Bond) but anyways I will actually reveal my real name in due time once I hopefully begin to settle down here.
One of the reasosns I joined here was because I needed help updating my N-Gage firmware and I have no idea how to do so.
I would really appreciate it if someone could kindly assist me on this and also my apologies if I put this in the wrong subforum!

Haha.. I thought this is an introduction of a new member.
Maybe the title is not that suitable.
Actually, why don't you send it to NSC?
It costs quite a lot for the tools for updating your firmware.

Upgrading tools are just to expensive for personal purpose, you should look 4 nearest Nokia SC or better local unlcoker with flashing equipment.. ..

Sorry everyone I'm confused.
I thought someone could direct me to a site where I can update my firmware or something. I never knew that I would have to go to a help center to get it done. I have to pay as well!?

Franzkill, some mobile phone shops can upload it too ..
you see, you need flashing box there, data cable, firmware files, flash programs etc etc .. it's really too expensive for personal use only - so in my opinion it's the best solution to check your nearest Nokia Service Center (NSC) or a confident mobile shop ...
hope that helps ..
by the way .. Take an ice tea from the SF fridge and enjoy your day at SF ..
