Jouni Miettunen has rolled out a massive update for his Tetris-like game for S60 devices yesterday and with this latest update game just got even better and therefore it is highly suggestible to update and it certainly can't hurt you to try it if you didn't already :]

Jomtris version 1.6 brings lot of improvements including the support for landscape mode, , focus handling is fixed, tile drawing is faster, all seven different pieces drop in random groups of 7 now and much more, full change log is available over at our forum section.

Jomtris is a pretty well done game that will keep you entertained for hours. It is a "Tetris" style of casual game in which objects falling from the top of the screen must be arranged in specific patterns to gain points and to keep the play area clear.

You handle and remove dropping seven different shaped pieces as long as possible and that's it. One game session should take max 5-10 minutes. All full rows are removed, to give you some more space to arrange tiles. You can play either with joystick or keyboard or both at the same time.
