Track and Protect, the most Professional security service for lost or stolen phones, hits version 2, now offering even more security mechanisms to protect personal mobile phones.

Track and Protect (TnP) already had the most features for protecting lost or missing phones. Klomptek now releases version TnP 2.0, offering even more tools to secure mobile phones and user assets EVEN AFTER SIM CHANGE !

With Track and Protect a user can locate his phone instantly on a map and secure it. Track and Protect offers a personal and secure web account with a large set of remote control security tools. Via this user panel a user can not only locate his missing phone instantly but also lock it. Once locked, all a finder or thief can do is read owner information on the phone screen and contact the owner by pressing the “CALL owner” key.

Three (3) numbers can be pre-defined: home, work, and call to friend. All other features of the phone are disabled by the system. Track and Protects even prohibits the installing/uninstalling of any application, including Track and Protect itself, or switching to flight mode. Track and Protect reports alien SIM, including thief’s phone number, to both specified number and to the web account of the owner. In such case, the owner keeps full remote control of his phone!.

All remote commands such as backup, location requests, silent picture taking, wipe, including erasing the memory card, or turn on an alarm sound stays functional. Track and Protect does not only secure the phone and the owner assets, the service generates critical information such as thief’s photo, location, phone number, operator name, and operator ID (Imsi). This information should be given to the Police to maximize the return rates for missing or stolen phones.

The new Track and Protect 2.0 is now available for download at www.trackandprotect.com or directly from SF. Track and Protect is now multilingual: language support for Dutch, English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, German, Lithuanian. Other languages will be added in the near future.
